My goal as an operator is to help you to go as fast, solve hard problems, and get things running smoothly.
I help you see the connections between the different parts of your company, while taking care of all the blockers that all too often stalling you out on the road to revenue. If you are a founder reading this you know exactly what I mean. The kind of shitty nitty gritty tasks that balloon out of control, despite it seeming like they has no first order impact on product or customer satisfaction. Until they stop the business cold because no one was in charge of it. I keep forward momentum on track by removing obstacles and building great teams.
How do you design and build out a scalable go to market organization? Need to close the biggest deal in the company’s history but procurement just threw a wrench in it all? More than doubling the company in size in the next twelve months and need to make sure the team doesn’t lose effectiveness? My goal is to keep you focused on the big picture of developing the team, company, and product by making sure everyone is outfitted to survive the trek.

Sell your first customers for you. I can advise you and help you land your customer profiles and sales targets, and I can scale you up once you’ve sold them, but your first few customers are a key part of finding product market fit and should be sold by the founder.
Do everything myself. While I can do a wide variety of things, I ultimately can’t do all the work of entire go-to-market, operations, logistics, and human resources teams. But I can handle it while we scale it up and bring in subject matter experts to ensure it can grow with you.
